Our service contract is a specialised programme of visits designed to ensure that your premises are, and continue to be as pest free as possible from a wide range of environmental pests. This pest management package promises attention to detail, rapid response to your needs whenever required, followed by a comprehensive back up service to ensure your problems are solved.
Initial Treatment
Intensive initial treatments using modern, effective state of the art formulations that are environmentally friendly and safe as possible. The purpose of this intensive programme of visits is to eradicate existing infestation.
Proofing Recommendations
Obviously vermin are able to find entry points into a building, therefore on occasions it is necessary for these entry points to be blocked (example holes around pipes, gaps under doors etc.) This could hinder our efforts of control therefore we will endeavour to find a solution to these problems or offer advice on how to deter rodent entry.
Housekeeping Recommendations
On the initial visit housekeeping recommendations will be given to eliminate possible encouragement of pest infestation.
Routine Service Visits
Once the initial programme has been completed, future routine visits will be carried out regularly which would include a full inspection to prevent re-infestation. Pesticides would be applied where it is deemed necessary and in accordance with the Control of Substances Harmful to Health Regulations (COSHH). A detailed report will be submitted after each visit and recorded in the Report Folder. This will be left on site at all times. Your routine visits will be discussed and evaluated regularly and quality control inspections will be carried out either by Senior Staff or an Independent Field Biologist.

Bird Repellent Systems
These bird repellent systems are designed specifically to keep pest birds from perching on your building, by creating unstable or an intimidating landing service. ‘Ecopic’ is one of these types of anti perching systems and is made from stainless steel spring wire and points. This system stops unsightly damage and therefore stopping the risk of fouling and health associated problems to human beings.

The ‘Proofing System’ is a netting system which is designed to keep birds out and involves denying access to light wells, recesses and balcony drops.

Electrical Fly Killing Units
Electrical Fly Killing Units are available in a wide range of sizes, designed to control and cover the particular size of room. They can be supplied in aluminium or stainless steel and protect your business, your staff and your customers from health hazards posed by most flying insects.
The Electrical Fly Killing Unit attract flying insects by the ultra violet light in the tubes and disposes of them with a low powered electrical charge. They are simple to install, they can be suspended from a ceiling or wall mounted and use little power, less than a 100 watt bulb. They are safe, hygienic and 24 hour a day solution to most flying insects.

We will provide a FREE site survey and initial consultation to enable the Surveyor to choose the right Insect Screening System for your site.
The Surveyor will measure all doors and windows to offer you a highly efficient and tailor made system for your exact needs. The screens are made of the finest quality and are professionally installed. They are designed specifically to allow ventilation and security from food contamination, and are made so they can be easily removed and cleaned.

Staff Training and Qualifications
All Service Staff have been fully trained and qualified in all aspects of public health pest control, and are regularly updated in new techniques in pest management. Also Service Staff hold BPCA diplomas or RSH diplomas in pest prevention.
